We operate a single price policy. The price of our garments is the same, regardless of where they are shipped. Local taxes and duty including collection charges - where applicable - are your responsibility.

We make no charge for delivery to any country in the world

Delivery Time

We ship to most EU countries and Australia in about seven working days. We ask you to allow up to twenty-one working days to other countries, although in many cases we deliver much quicker than this.

Your order will be acknowledged soon after being placed and you will of course be sent an email when your order has been dispatched from olympdirect.com HQ.

Charging

Your credit or debit card will not be charged until we start to process your order. The period of processing to the time of dispatch can be up to five working days.

Returns

Simply return garments, in the same condition that you received them, within fourteen days of receipt and we will replace them or refund the cost. In the unlikely occurrence of a faulty garment please contact us and we will arrange to cover your return cost and we will of course, refund in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We only accept orders placed on our web site. We are unable to accept orders by fax or mail.

The price shown for all merchandise featured on this web site is Pounds Sterling and this is what will be charged to your debit or credit card when you place an order.

We do not charge for delivery to any county in the world.

The price of all merchandise delivered to an address within the EU is inclusive of VAT. The price of all merchandise delivered to an address outside the EU is exclusive of VAT but includes additional administration, shipping and insurance costs.

Merchandise delivered outside of the EU may be subject to import duty or tax. Any additional charges of this nature, including collection charges, must be paid directly by you.

We will acknowledge receipt of your order immediately by email.

We confirm your order at the time of despatch. There is no contract between us until the merchandise has been despatched.

Our aim is to deliver the merchandise to you within 7 working days to most EU countries and Australia within 21 working days for the rest of the World, but this is not guaranteed and we cannot accept any claim for damages or consequential loss for any merchandise delivered outside of this timeframe. Please allow for a delay if a UK Bank Holiday occurs within seven days of your order being placed.

The merchandise remains the property of OLYMPdirect.com / Halpin Style Limited until payment has been received in full.

To fulfil your order, we have to ask you to input personal data into our system. We assure you that this data will be kept secure. We will use your email address to keep you informed about the status of your order. We will also use your email address to keep you informed about new product and special offers which we think will be of interest to you. You can un-subscribe from this service at any time simply by clicking on the unsubscribe link which is a feature of every non-order related email that we send to you. All credit/debit card transactions are processed electronically through HSBC or Google in a secure environment.

You have the right to cancel your order and return the merchandise within seven days of delivery and receive a full refund. The cost of return however must be borne by you. Before returning the merchandise, please email us at sales@olympdirect.com and we will email you details of the returns procedure and the address that returns should be sent to. For you own protection, we urge you to return the merchandise by a service that provides you with proof of delivery.

In rare event of you needing to return merchandise for any other reason, please email us at sales@olympdirect.com and we will arrange for the merchandise to be returned at our expense.
